Team Pronto was finally able to begin Spring Training for the MS 150 with a 30 KM ride in gale force winds. Team Pronto is now 30 energetic and enthusiastic runners, walkers and assorted others ready to ride for MS and imaging a world free of MS! This year, Team Pronto is hoping to raise $30,000 for MS Research.

Thanks to the amazing generosity of so many wonderful friends and family members, I have reached my Fundraising goal for the MS 150! Now all I have to do is ride!

Even though it’s the middle of April there still to much snow, gravel and ice on the roads to get out and start serious training for the MS 150 Bike Tour in June. I hope within the next couple of weeks we can started riding and get some Hill work in!
